Steve, my installer, was outstanding from start to finish—communicative, professional, and attentive to every detail. He completed the job in a timely manner and his pricing was more than fair. It’s rare to find someone who combines quality workmanship with such integrity, and Steve truly delivers both. When the transitions didn’t match (how we both envisioned), he was quick to let me know before installing and came back when I had better product. He replaced the floor an area of our house that had some water damage caused by a leaking water heater and it looks better than ever. He works very neatly and quickly and is very thoughful when the unexpected arises. I would use Steve's services again in the future and I would recommend him to anyone who asks. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsMr. Gunderson did an outstanding job installing some of the best flooring I’ve ever seen. He purchased the Tortuga line and the color is biscayne. I absolutely love it! He delivered it with pride and joy as he is an advocate for great products has he installs what he believes in! He traveled long distances to install this flooring. I am so grateful he caught my hot water heater leaking as he found unknown damage to my subfloor. He moved a lot of furniture as well. He also gave the best price and will meet or beat anyone else’s price. He is also very cordial & friendly to work with & gets the job completed in your requested timeframe. Not only did he do an amazing job with the flooring he took the time to walk my husband and I through what the process would look like and made recommendations on what flooring would look great with the colors we have in our house.
